Easter colouring-in competition

Struggling for things to do over Easter?

Mindful colouring helps us to focus by how we choose and apply colour, bringing our awareness to the present moment. This process is similar to meditation, we let go of any thoughts about tomorrow or yesterday, or what we are going to do when we finish.

Adult colouring is really a thing. And it’s hugely popular!

We’ve created two fun colouring-in pages for Easter – Basic (left: for ages 12 or under) and Advanced (right: for ages 12+).

Print them out, colour them in and send in your best work. The winning entry for each category will be published in our May newsletter.

Not already a newsletter subscriber? No problem, you can subscribe here.

If you’re an adult and would like to try mindful colouring, here’s a list of adult books that may interest you.

Relax and enjoy.
