When a home workout really works out for you

We can’t all live with a bodybuilding, gym obsessed personal trainer as a flatmate. But if we could, surely we could reap the benefits of their knowledge and equipment, right?

That’s what Executive Assistant, Jessica Connor, has had the luxury of doing during the covid-19 lockdown.

In their modern two-bedroom apartment, what was once their comfortable, relaxing loungeroom pre-covid, this space now resembles a resort-style gym with full workout equipment.

So instead of missing gym sessions due to closures, Jessica and Jarrod now work out in their living space, maintaining their fitness program and pumping their own music. Perfect!

If you’re like me and don’t live with a Jarrod to help motivate me to get up and go for a jog, walk the dog or literally just get off the lounge, try these indoor exercises, no weights required, and no excuses accepted.
