What does a Community Manager do exactly? Well actually, they do a lot day-to-day to make sure that you’re living in a thriving, safe and growing community.

Think of it like an ice-berg. At the top, you’d see us issue levy notices, collecting body corporate contributions, and giving fellow owners valuable insights and consultation.

Beneath the surface, committee members see us arrange repairs and maintenance requests and every day strata issues, from noisy neighbours to illegal car parking.

And what you don’t see is the biggest part of all. Complete financial management, maintaining the strata roll and records, debt recovery, and paying suppliers… all this and so much more.

Smarter Communities is working around the clock to deliver high quality and prompt services to keep your property maintained and your investment protected.
